The First Presbyterian Home Goods Community Pantry is open on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Items offered to the community will include the following household essentials: Paper towels (2-pack), toilet paper (4-pack), tissues (small pack), trash bags (10-count), dish soap (one bottle), laundry detergent, and disinfectant wipes.

We are currently accepting donations for our pantry, specifically for the items listed above. Cash donations are also welcomed. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!

Please mark your calendars and come to our weekly Bible discussion class every Tuesday at 10:00am in the library. Pastor Jeff will lead the study. Expect coffee and refreshments!

We are calling all members, visitors, and friends of First Presbyterian Church to a time of prayer for our congregation as we discern the future of First Presbyterian. This will include
the provision of prayer guides and a series of events focused on God's call to us as First Presbyterian Church in this modern world.

We are planning to have an afternoon of games and refreshments with Second & Third Presbyterian Churches on Sunday, January 18 in the fellowship hall. This will be a fun event for everyone of all ages!

If you have any games that folks would enjoy, please bring these to the event!

Staunton First Presbyterian Church is again offering a gift tree to help older adults in the area. The gift ornaments are provided by the Shenandoah Valley Social Services Adult Services group and have beenplaced on a Christmas tree in the sanctuary. Please sign up for a gift or two (there will be at least 30 gift ornaments). Please bring each gift in an open gift bag with the ornament attached to the sanctuary next to the tree or to the church front office in the Fraser building. All gifts must be returned by December 11.

There will be a Thanksgiving/Christmas lunch immediately following worship on Sunday,
December 7. All food and drinks will be provided by the church, so there’s no need to bring anything!

The Mission & Outreach Committee is asking for donations to Blue Ridge CASA for Children this holiday season. Through recruitment, training, and supervision of community volunteers, Blue Ridge CASA for Children is a​ nonprofit organization advocating for children who have experienced abuse and /or neglect.​ Our special offering will be taken all​ through December up to Christmas Eve.
